$250 Individualized Wellness Plan
Applying a holistic approach, healthy habits will be introduced and shown how to create lifestyle changes that last long-term. Through an individualized wellness combination, yoga and nutrition are used to modify any harmful habits in your life. We will find balance throughout your body, mind, and sprit, by bettering your relationship with yourself. This plan includes: an initial consultation, 2 private yoga sessions, 1 nutrition analysis and either a 7-day meal plan or an additional private yoga session. We will goal set based on your needs and develop supportive strategies for you to better your life and meet the long-term goals you set.
$100 Eating for the Season
Does the weather have you feeling down? Does cold or even hot weather cause you to stray from eating optimally and feeling your best? As the seasons change, so do our bodies, and so do our nutritional needs. To maintain your digestive health and over wellness, we must modify what we consume as growing seasons change, new foods are harvested and climates flux. Our gut is where most of our immunity lies so we must keep it healthy and flourishing. Through this plan, we will discuss any issues you are experiencing and create an eating plan for the current season we are in based on your likes and dislikes.
