If arm balancing postures feel inaccessible or even scare you, THIS workshop is the one for you!
In this workshop, we will take a different perspective of each posture to gain insight of ourselves and remove the element of fear or inaccessibility. We will methodically develop strength, focal points, and free you from the fear of falling, so you can begin practicing arm balances or even strengthen your existing practice.
First, the balance is removed and the focus and muscle engagement needed for each pose is found in various modifications. From there, the balance is introduced slowly with stability. Then, if you choose to move on, we will practice the full posture. At each step offered, there is a place to stop and work at your level of comfort and ability.
All levels are welcome and encouraged to face your fears and take flight!
