Get Fit in the Mitt® with Brooke Vladic of Yoga Life Studio during a free community fitness class! Practicing yoga can help you manage stress, jumpstart your weight loss routine, and re-energize your body, mind, and soul. Class will begin at the Yoga Life studio and participants will walk together to the beach. Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mat or towel.
