Join Brooke in practicing the other limbs of our Ashtanga (8 limbed) practice. Postures (asanas), which are only one limb of the practice, sometimes leave us feeling sore or tired physically. Adding breath work (pranayama) and sound vibrations (chanting) into your practice brings balance and joy to replenish the body and mind while accessing spirit! These are two techniques used to access the energetic body and higher energy centers that don't always get involved through our asana practice. We will complete each class with a short meditation allowing everything to settle and still. You will feel leave balanced and invigorated!
