During this 4 class series, Mary will guide expectant mothers through a calming, gentle practice that focuses on strength and openness. Using traditional yoga postures, props, and breathing techniques you will release tension, unwind, and prepare for a restful night's sleep!
This series is designed for all stages of pregnancy.
No yoga experience is necessary.
