NO ClASS: February 4th
During these 4 weeks, Kelly will guide expectant mothers through a calming, gentle practice that focuses on strength and openness. Using traditional yoga postures, props, and breathing techniques you will release tension, unwind, and prepare for the arrival of your baby. Kelly will emphasize the importance of modifying the postures you practiced before pregnancy so that you can safely continue your practice and attend other classes as well during this series.
This series is designed for all stages of pregnancy.
No yoga experience is necessary.
